Orange Vinegar.

Remember these?

My vinegar lemon and orange peels?

 

 Well, the oranges are ready to strain!

 

Here is the empty jar.  I used a small steel strainer to make sure they didn't fall out into the bowl.  Not sure why the photo isn't more orange as the color of the peels didn't fade as much as the photo shows.

 I used the ladle to load up the coffee filter.  This will strain all of the small bits out of the vinegar so it won't go bad as quickly.

 In the coffee filter....it is a SLOW go!

 

Here is the final product!
