Well, we've harvested about 8/10ths of our crop. H is showing the elephant garlic, which was HUGE!
I am harvesting the smaller, yet nicely sized Red River Rouge garlic. We found that what we planted in the fall did much better than what we planted in the spring.
The house smells SO GOOD!!! (good thing that we don't have the house up for sale!!!) Most people would think it is a bit much, but you've never tasted or smelled garlic if you haven't had it just after it has been harvested.....
